Organs should be playing throughout the opening times,
ie 10am - 2pm on the Saturday
and 10am - 5pm on the Sunday
 
Those wishing to caravan/motorhome can arrive
from 1pm on the Friday
and must be off site by 12 noon on Monday.  
There is no access to toilet facilities overnight. 
An evening meal will be held at
The Tap House Hotel and Restaurant
in Ashby (approx 4 miles)

enclosed with the Newsletter.

The museum is open between 10am and 4 pm
Free admission is available to those in
traditional costume and on presentation of their
BOGA Badge and current membership card
There is an on-site cafe where drinks, snacks
and meals may be purchased at a very reasonable cost
 
On the evening of Saturday 2nd, there will be
a meal in the site's restaurant.

This event will be connected to the Vintage Steam Fair,
open into the evening,
with all the atmosphere of the old time shows.
 
All mechanical organ and music boxs are welcome.
Exhibitors are invited to the Organ Supper on Saturday night in
the green organ shed.
